Granola is a great source of energy. The best way to start your day, to increase your energy level midday or to prepare for your late-afternoon training session. Breakfast, lunch and snack time are our favourite times to take in a delicious spoonful of granola with yogurt.
Some of its benefits are the following: it's a source of fibre and its walnuts and oats help with digestion; it helps reduce cholesterol levels, is an excellent source of iron, magnesium, zinc and vitamin E, it controls blood sugar levels, provides you with monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, both of which are very beneficial to brain development and function.
Why is our La Newyorkina granola different? Well, because it has extra virgin olive oil from Spain –pure liquid gold– Asturian forest honey and Valencian almonds. Mediterranean products for Mediterranean granola. And because we've eliminated brown sugar from the original recipe to reduce sugar intake.
