TERMS OF PURCHASE

Welcome to our website! We hope you really enjoy your purchase. We would advise you to read this document as in it we have described the terms of purchase of our products via our online store available at https://newyorkina.com/ https://newyorkina.com/

Dispatch

Your order will be sent by Correos Express. It will arrive in 24/48 hours (working hours) if it is in the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. If you live in the Canary Islands and you wish to place an order you will have to do it through Banango as we do not ship to the Canary Islands directly from our Obrador.

When placing the order, you are always informed before confirming it (and indicating the method of payment) of what the cost will be. If you want us to ship your order within the Peninsula and Balearic Islands, from 30 euros the shipping will be free.

Dispatches shall be made from Monday to Friday Any orders made between Friday night and Sunday will be sent on Monday of the following week. We don’t send products on bank holidays and non-working days.

Unfortunately we are not a transport or courier company and you could say that our philosophy is far removed from any company in this field that we may hire. We believe that we have hired the best service we can offer you, but we are aware that sometimes it will not be as exceptional as we would have liked, and so we would ask you to forgive us if, at the end of the day, after all that effort and work, things don’t work out as we planned.

Amendment of the terms of sale

The terms set out at our website may be amended at any time, bearing in mind their evolution and the contents offered thereat.

Can I return the products?

Although we hope you won’t decide to do so, if you are not happy with the product you may always return it, but bearing in mind the stipulations of the applicable regulations. We offer our products in closed, sealed packs so you know you are the first person to open them.

That's why if you wish to return any of our products, you have to bear in mind that article 103, letter e) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on consumer protection stipulates that sealed goods cannot be returned when they are not suitable for return on the grounds of health and hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery. In other words, you may only return products that you have not opened.

That having been said, we will now explain to you how to return products that you haven’t opened:

- How long do I have? You can request the return within 14 calendar days after you have received your order.

- How do I request the return of my order?: you can send us an email to [email protected] with the order information and indicating that you want to return your order.

- What happens after you make the return? You must return any products to us that comply with the requirement of not having been opened within 14 calendar days after you requested the return.

A label will be produced which you must include on the packaging of the products you return and the product shall be collected from the address where they were delivered. Bear in mind that you assume any return dispatch expenses and this cost shall be charged to the payment method account that you have used for the order.

The return costs are: 5€.

Privacy policy

Your data, necessary to place the order, will be included in a personal file, called "customers and users", whose purpose is to manage your purchase and the possibility of sending information about new products or promotions. The responsible for this file is LA NEWYORKINA S.L., and at any time you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition at the postal address: Juan Valera, 4, Bajo (33012 Oviedo, Asturias) or at the email address [email protected]. In both cases you will have to tell us what action you want to take in relation to your data and provide us with a photocopy of your ID so that we can respond to your request.
