What are Overnights?
Overnights are a combination of flaked oats, protein, seeds and sweetener that mixed with your favorite milk and left to sit "overnight" in your fridge results in a drinkable cream/smoothie that you can consume or take away and enjoy.

Can they only be consumed with the Blender Bottle?
No. You can prepare them in any container, we prefer the blender bottle because it allows you to take it to the gym, to the university, to work, etc.

How much does each breakfast cost me?
It will cost you less than two euros in any case, but depending on whether you decide to make an overnight of 70 or 40 grams.
Do they contain gluten?
Oats naturally do not contain gluten, but they can contain traces due to cross-contamination, so our overnights are not suitable if you have a gluten allergy. We are already working on new gluten-free developments.
Are they keto/paleo?
In diets based on the keto/paleo style, oat flakes are not usually included, but it is true that somehow you have to include a part of carbohydrates and this may be a suitable way. We leave it to you to choose or to consult with a specialist.
Can I mix it and eat it on the spot?
Yes you can, but keep in mind that waiting a few hours for the overnights to hydrate in your fridge will help soften it and help your body digest it better.
Are they vegan?
Yes, our blueberry coco&lemon overnights are vegan. The choco&banana ones are vegan as they contain whey.
Are they good for controlling my weight?
Of course, if you use them correctly, they will help you have a very satiating breakfast, high in protein and complete without exceeding the recommended number of calories.
