For us it is always a pleasure to show our workshop and the elaboration process of our handmade granola. But of course, receiving one of the most veteran programs of the Asturian grid, that's very exciting! If you are not from Asturias, let me tell you briefly what this program is about. Conexión Asturias is a program that every afternoon from Monday to Friday brings to the audience everything that is happening in Asturias. Granola La Newyorkina is the first artisan granola produced in Asturias. Not only in Asturias, but all over Spain! We are very proud of it and as we are a locally produced product, Conexión Asturias wanted to come and see up close how our master craftswomen toast the oat flakes and melt them in a masterful blend with the rest of the oats.
