Today we look back and, although many things have happened and very good things, we realize that La Newyorkina is not even a year old. My goodness! Just 10 months ago we were giving birth to this exciting project and now we are packing our bags to go to Alimentaria 2018. Alimentaria is the leading professional food, beverage and gastronomy trade show in Spain. and an international benchmark for the sector. The figures speak for themselves: 3,938 companies from 65 countries, 83,410 m2 of floor space, 140,524 visitors from 157 countries and more than 200 activities related to the food sector. Undoubtedly, a unique experience for all of us who love this world and enjoy being part of it. Alimentaria is to our artisanal granola what Paris Fashion Week is to a small national brand. Can you imagine a new designer showing his creations in one of the most important showcases in front of the most exquisite eyes? Well, that's how we feel right now. Yes, and we are not exaggerating one bit. Alimentaria brings together thousands of international buyers. Buyers looking for high quality food and variety. And granola La Newyorkina will be there, with its 2018 Flavor of the Year Award under its arm, to the delight of those present. The event will take place at the Reciento de Gran Vía, Barcelona, between April 16 and 19. La Newyorkina's booth is number 208 and will be located in Pavilion 2, Level 0, B Street.
