Last week we told you about our visit to the Bio Cultura fair, where we were able to puff out our chest with our two organic, ecological and vegan granola recipes : Coconut and Lemon Friends and Apple Loves Ginger. We always say it, our granola recipes are like our little family (yes, we think that things made with love taste better and in the bakery you can breathe as much love as in a well-adjusted family. I emphasise, a very well-adjusted family). And as in any good family, when a new member arrives, all eyes are on him, but this does not mean that the parents forget about the other siblings. So it's the same with La Newyorkina, we don't forget our first granola, nor all the joy it gave us and continues to give us. That's why this week it's time to boast about that Mediterranean granola recipe that was born in the minds of two tourists in New York and materialised in a small bakery in Oviedo: La Newyorkina. We received the bronze medal of the BEST AWARDS 2018 of design, in its category . We are very proud of it. Last year was undoubtedly a great year because we obtained another recognition: La Newyorkina was selected at the 2018 Alimentaria Fair as an outstanding product for our innovative offer. And we can say with a big smile that we are the pioneers of the granola trend in Spain. We wanted to make a tasty product like the one we had discovered in New York, but much healthier.
