Salón Gourmets. Last year's experience was very rewarding and this year we have returned with more granola recipes, more energy and, if possible, more enthusiasm.

This is the 33rd edition of the show and more than 100,000 professionals are expected to visit the almost 2,000 exhibitors who have gathered in the halls of the Madrid exhibition centre to showcase 47,000 gourmet products.
Undoubtedly, the great European event dedicated to delicatessen products.
We are very happy because we are working hard and that is the best news when you participate in a fair like this. The months of preparation, the nerves for everything to go well, the journey and the fatigue of the day of assembly so that the stand looks perfect have their reward in every visit that comes to our New York space.
