When we are poorly nourished, poorly rested or our body is not active, we see everything a little darker, don't you too? That's why, from our little corner, we want to place special emphasis on the importance of eating a healthy and balanced diet during your forties. That's why today we're proposing a snack based on fruit and granola, much healthier than any ultra-processed idea that might be going through your head: seasonal fruit salad and granola. Strawberries. We have been seeing strawberries in the greengrocers' shops for some time now, but now is their time and they are full of flavour and loaded with vitamin C.

Kiwis and bananas. It is true that these fruits can be found throughout the year, but it is in April when they are at their best.

Peaches, nectarines and apricots. Perhaps it is still too early to see them in the supermarket, but it is already harvest time and in no time we will be able to see them on the shelves. The good thing is that they last all summer and taste delicious. If, like me, peach or apricot skin makes you absolutely sick to your stomach, there are always nectarines!
