WHAT ARE OVERNIGHTS?
They are a perfect and balanced blend of oat flakes, proteins and superfoods.
HOW ARE THEY TASTIER?
We love the Coco Lemond's mixed the night before with fresh orange juice, although of course they are also great with oat milk. The Choco Banana ones combine very well with cow's milk, although if you don't like them with soy or coconut milk they are also incredible. The blueberry ones try them with cranberry & red fruit juice (without sugar) or with almond milk mix them in a 1/1 ratio for a thicker result or in a 1/1,5 ratio for a more drinkable result.

Our overnights have been developed in collaboration with Marcos Vazquez of revolutionary fitness, one of the country's leading experts in physical performance and nutrition.
Oats naturally do not contain gluten, but they can contain traces of it due to cross-contamination, so our overnights are not suitable if you have a gluten allergy. We are already working on new gluten-free developments.
THEY ARE KETO/PALEO?
In diets based on the keto/paleo style, oat flakes are not usually included, but it is true that somehow you have to include a part of carbohydrates and this may be a suitable way. We leave it to you to choose or to consult with a specialist.
CAN I MIX IT AND TAKE IT ON THE SPOT?
Yes you can, but keep in mind that waiting a few hours for the overnights to hydrate in your refrigerator will help soften it and help your body digest it better.
ARE THEY VEGAN?
Yes, our blueberry coco&lemon overnights are vegan. The choco&banana overnights are vegan as they contain whey.
ARE THEY GOOD FOR CONTROLLING MY WEIGHT?
Of course, if you use them correctly, they will help you to have a very satiating breakfast, high in protein and complete without exceeding the recommended number of calories.
Overnights are a combination of flaked oats, protein, seeds and sweetener that when mixed with your favorite milk and allowed to sit "overnight" in your refrigerator results in a drinkable cream/smoothie that you can consume or take away and enjoy.

Simplemente con leche, en mi caso, de arroz y coco, y queda buenísimo!
Y si ya se le añaden rodajas de plátano, arándanos, granola, y lo que tú imaginación decida, se convierte en un completo desayuno!

Mi SHAKER perfecto? 70gr de overnights, un plátano a rodajas, un puñado de mezcla de frutos secos, una onza troceada de chocolate negro 90% y canela al gusto. PURO PLACER!
